Location, price, the kitchen, nice room with kitchen. Well decorated.
Lady on reception was lovely. Unit had everything you needed and more. Very very clean. Bed very comfortable, extra pillows. Plenty of towels. Toiletries and dishwasher tablets. Sofa very comfortable and the pool was an added bonus. Excellent value for money and could have easily stayed there for the week.

One of the lesser priced hotels in Marco Island with a very friendly helpful staff. The complimentary use of their laundry and supplies was very appreciated. Close enough to drive to all the beaches within minutes.
Easily accessible location on a quiet street. Older but freshly painted and updated, staff was very friendly and helpful with local information.
There wasn’t breakfast and the location is perfect for what we were doing which was taking Hemingway to Keewaydin.
Breakfast was not on site but good dinner 3min drive away called Hoots
